Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice required for cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations (<24 hrs): 20% fee of the scheduled service.
• No-shows: 50% fee of the scheduled service.
• Clients who no-show cannot book again until the fee is paid.
• Late arrivals (15+ mins): may need to reschedule and count as a late cancellation.
• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable and applied toward the service total.
